Back then, anonymity allowed us to be our true selves. We didn&rsquo;t have any clue who each other were. A post could be judged only on the merits of its ideas. It was a pure space where minds mingled.</p> <p>Today, I&rsquo;m not even sure who I am anymore. I have to suppress my feelings and thoughts for fear of upsetting people. The algorithms feeds into people&rsquo;s rage and fear, like some sort of sci-fi drug. This is not how it was supposed to be.</p>
